Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Credit, debit, and prepaid cards from major networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
- PayPal – the most widely used and secure online payment platform.
- Shopify Payment
When you select PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete payment securely.
If your local currency is not supported, PayPal will automatically convert your payment into U.S. dollars (USD) at the prevailing exchange rate.
We currently operate through three payment gateways located in California (USA), Canada, and Singapore.
Depending on your issuing bank, you may be charged a small international transaction fee if your payment is processed through a gateway outside your country.
Payment Troubleshooting
If your payment does not go through, please try the following:
For Credit/Debit Card Payments:

Verify that all card details (number, expiry date, CVV, billing address) are entered correctly.

Check that you have sufficient available funds.

Ensure that your card is authorized for online or international transactions.

Refresh the page or log out and log back in.

Try placing a new order instead of retrying the same failed one.

Contact your bank—some banks automatically block international payments unless pre-approved.

Try paying through PayPal using your card as a guest checkout (no PayPal account needed).

Use a different card if possible.
For PayPal Payments:

Confirm that your PayPal account has no transaction limit or hold.

Ensure that your billing and shipping address are in the same country, as PayPal may decline mismatched transactions.

If PayPal still fails, use a debit/credit card directly (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Tax Policy
United States
Currently, we do not collect sales tax for orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
The total amount shown at checkout is the final price — no additional taxes will be added.
European Union (EU) Customers
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import taxes, duties, and VAT (Value-Added Tax) as determined by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are based on the total declared value of your goods (including shipping) and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Key Notes:
- Customs Duties: Rates vary depending on product type and value.
- VAT: Calculated according to the destination country’s tax rate.
- Payment of Fees: These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your courier or local postal service.
- Exemptions: Some goods under a low-value threshold may be exempt, depending on local regulations.
- No Tax Refunds: We cannot refund or reimburse any import taxes or customs duties once paid.
