Thank you for shopping at Made It One.
Because all our products are custom-made and personalized, we strive to deliver items that meet your expectations. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours after placing it.
After this period, your order will be sent to production and cannot be canceled or changed.
Please make sure all information — including size, design, and shipping address — is correct before checkout.

Refund & Replacement

Since every product is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product received is significantly different from the design preview.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error or the carrier’s fault.
  • Missing items in your order.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date with proof (photos or videos).
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot accept refund or replacement requests caused by:

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or design made by the customer.
  • Slight color or size differences due to lighting or screen display.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services beyond our control.

Shipping Issues

If tracking shows no update for more than 15 days (U.S. orders) or 25 days (international orders), you may request a replacement or refund.
If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will receive a 70% refund of the item price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it may take:

PayPal/Shopify payment/Stripe 3–5 business days

Timing for prepaid cards depends on the issuing bank and may take up to 30 days.

A 1.5% processing fee may apply to cancellations or refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email our support team with your order number and evidence of the issue.
Please do not return any product without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
